Due to updated State guidelines, any patient who has insurance through AHCCCS, Medicaid, or a sate funded plan, is NOT permitted to be seen at our clinic. Self-Pay is NOT an option as most pharmacies & labs will not accept scripts or orders from a non-AHCCCS provider. If you are enrolled in a state-funded plan you must see a state-approved provider. We apologize for any inconvenience.
