Due to updated State guidelines, any patient who has insurance through AHCCCS, Medicaid, or a sate funded plan, is NOT permitted to be seen at our clinic. Cash-Pay is NOT an option as most pharmacies will no longer fill medication sent from a non-AHCCCS provider. If you are enrolled in a state-funded plan you must see a state-approved provider. We apologize for any inconvenience.
